1. Introduction

This website, eigeradventure.my (the "Site"), is owned and operated by EIGER ADVENTURE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. under the name EIGER Adventure Malaysia.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the Site. By using the Site or creating an account, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return and Refund Policy in full.

2. Data Integrity

You confirm that all information you provide to us is true, accurate, and current, and you agree to update it as necessary.

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information you provide.

If there is a discrepancy in product information or pricing on the Site due to a promotional error, typographical error, or other error even where payment has already been made EIGER Adventure reserves the right to correct the information and may refuse to process or cancel the order.
Displayed prices do not include shipping fees or other charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Payment

Payments for purchases on eigeradventure.my can only be made through the website.

Be cautious of payment fraud outside the website. Orders must be paid in full within the time specified at checkout, or the order will be cancelled.

6. Shipping

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting Customer Service. Once shipped, an order can no longer be cancelled and must instead follow the Return and Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to cancel an order, suspend delivery, or halt shipment in cases of suspected fraud, promotion abuse, or where the ordered product is unavailable, defective, or out of stock.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law, EIGER ADVENTURE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, including loss of profit, data, or business interruption, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other mandatory law.

11. Force Majeure

We are released from performing these Terms, in whole or in part, where prevented by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, riots, epidemic/pandemic, or government-imposed restrictions.

In such cases, we will offer you the option to delay delivery or receive a refund.
